Strut Light

Strut Light was developed as a part of the 2025 NYC Design Week exhibition between DUDD HAUS and Blu Dot—This Is Not A Strut. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the iconic Strut table, Blu Dot has partnered with DUDD HAUS , the collective gallery and exhibition platform extending from JONALDDUDD, known for championing emerging designers who challenge industry norms and push the boundaries of contemporary design.

Strut Light is inspired by the simplicity and timeliness of Blu Dot’s Strut table. Like the Strut table, the foundational element of Strut Light is the extruded steel square tubing. Sandwiched between the vertical square tube extruction is a circular foot and spherical light diffuser. The body and foot are powder-coated in a palette that also nods to the table.
